Zusammenfassung:A method for extrusion molding of an aluminum tube according to the present invention comprises: a heating step of heating a container unit, a billet, and a molding unit of an extrusion device; a preparing step of inserting the billet into the container unit and mounting the molding unit on the extrusion device; an extrusion molding step of pressurizing the billet by the pressurizing unit of the extrusion device to allow the same to pass through the molding unit to be extrusion-molded into a tube; and a winding step of winding the tube around a bobbin of the winding device. The molding unit comprises: an extrusion ring which has four mounting holes in two rows and two lines; four unit molds which are individually mounted on the mounting hole such that the billet may be inserted through one side thereof before being extrusion-molded into the tube; a backer which is coupled to the outer side of the extrusion ring to support the extrusion ring, and has a penetration hole through which the tube, which is extrusion-molded in the unit mold, passes; and a holder mold which surrounds the outside of the extrusion ring and the backer. Therefore, provided is the method for extrusion molding of an aluminum tube, wherein four tubes are extrusion-molded by a single extrusion operation in the extrusion molding step, thereby improving productivity and reducing fabrication costs. 본 발명에 따른 알루미늄 튜브의 압출성형방법은, 압출기의 컨테이너부, 빌렛 및 금형부를 가열하는 가열단계, 상기 빌렛을 상기 컨테이너부에 투입하고 상기 금형부를 상기 압출기에 장착하는 준비단계, 상기 압출기의 가압부로 상기 빌렛을 가압하여 상기 금형부로 통과시킴으로써 튜브로 압출성형하는 압출성형단계, 및 상기 튜브를 권취기의 보빈에 권취하는 권취단계를 포함하고, 상기 금형부는 2열 2행의 4개 안착홀이 구비된 압출링, 상기 안착홀에 각각 안착되되 일측으로부터 상기 빌렛이 투입되면서 상기 튜브로 압출성형되는 4개의 단위금형, 상기 압출링을 지지하도록 상기 압출링의 타측에 결합되되 상기 단위금형에서 압출성형된 상기 튜브가 통과하는 통과홀을 구비한 백커, 및 상기 압출링과 상기 백커의 외부를 감싸는 홀더금형을 포함하여, 상기 압출성형단계에서 한 번의 압출 동작으로 4개의 상기 튜브가 압출성형되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 생산성이 향상되고 제조원가가 절감되는 알루미늄 튜브의 압출성형방법을 제공한다.
