The present invention relates to an autonomous delivery distribution device and a driving method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the autonomous delivery distribution device, comprises: a storage unit for storing tag information on a tag attached to a parcel article and a condition value of the parcel article deliverable in accordance with a membership of a delivery person delivering the parcel article; and a control unit for determining whether the parcel article selected to be delivered online satisfies a (pre-)stored condition value through a terminal device of the delivery person, and terminating delivery of the parcel article selected online based on a photographed image and location information obtained when the delivery person scans the tag of the parcel article collected from a warehouse and delivered to a recipient, as a determination result.
