Zusammenfassung:A photodetector for detecting far-infrared rays according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: an absorption layer for absorbing far-infrared rays; a waveguide mode layer including a plurality of waveguide elements arranged in a periodic structure on one side of the absorption layer to propagate incident far-infrared rays to the absorption layer; and a reflective layer disposed on the other side of the absorption layer to reflect far-infrared rays incident from the absorption layer. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 원적외선 검출을 위한 광 검출기는 원적외선을 흡수하기 위한 흡수층, 상기 흡수층의 일 면에 주기적인 구조로 배열되어 입사되는 원적외선을 상기 흡수층으로 전파시키기 위한 복수의 도파 소자를 포함하는 도파 모드층, 및 상기 흡수층의 다른 면에 배치되어 상기 흡수층으로부터 입사되는 원적외선을 반사시키기 위한 반사층을 포함한다.
