FLOATING-GATE MEMORY DEVICE AND METHOD OF FORMING FLOATING-GATE MEMORY CELL THEREOF

The present invention relates to a non-volatile memory device comprising a floating node memory cell disposed within an integrated circuit (IC). The floating node memory cell includes a floating node, a control node, an erasure node, a source node, and a drain node. The memory device further includes a high voltage input node for coupling an external programmable high voltage source to the outside of the IC.
