An electronic device in one embodiment comprises: a base layer; a circuit layer which is disposed on the base layer; a light emitting element layer which is disposed on the circuit layer; and an encapsulation layer which includes a first barrier layer that is disposed on the light emitting element layer and has at least one of silicon oxy carbide and silicon oxide, and a second barrier layer that is disposed in an upper part of the first barrier layer and has at least one of silicon oxynitride and silicon nitride.
