An interference cancellation apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a first receiver which receives an overlapped signal including a strong signal and a weak signal from a non-orthogonal multiple access system to demodulate and decode the overlapped signal and extract a strong signal bit; a channel estimation unit which receives a synchronization signal corresponding to the strong signal to determine a channel estimation value of the strong signal; a signal regeneration unit which generates a regeneration strong signal by using the strong signal bit and the channel estimation value; and a determination unit which generates a determination signal consisting of a sum or difference of an offset correction overlapped signal and the regeneration strong signal based on a power difference value of the offset correction overlapped signal and the regeneration strong signal so as to perform successive interference cancellation. 일 실시예에 따른 간섭 제거 장치는 비직교 다중 접속 시스템에서 강신호 및 약신호를 포함하는 중첩 신호를 수신하여, 상기 중첩 신호를 복조하고 디코딩하여 강신호 비트를 추출하는 제1 수신기; 상기 강신호와 대응하는 동기 신호를 수신하여 상기 강신호의 채널 추정값을 판별하는 채널 추정부; 상기 강신호 비트 및 상기 채널 추정값을 이용하여 재생성 강신호를 생성하는 신호 재생성부; 및 오프셋 보정 중첩 신호와 상기 재생성 강신호의 파워 차이값을 기초로 상기 오프셋 보정 중첩 신호와 상기 재생성 강신호의 합 또는 차로 구성된 판별 신호를 발생시켜 직렬 간섭 제거를 수행하는 판별부를 포함할 수 있다.
