Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a high-aperture ratio optical system, wherein a micro-LED, which is a surface light source, is used as a light source, and a diffractive optical element (DOE) surface for a vehicle headlamp is provided to control a beam pattern for high beam or low beam transfer of a vehicle by adjusting the light distribution of a light source, comprising: an incident lens, which is a lens structure arranged in front of the light source, having emitted light on the side of the light source incident thereon, and primarily refracting the incident light while transmitting the incident light; a color spread preventing lens, which is a lens structure arranged closely in front of the incident lens, performing parallel light processing or projection processing through secondary refraction and transmission operation on the light primarily refracted and transmitted by the incident lens, and including a DOE-Fresnel structure on the surface to perform a color spread preventing function at the same time. Therefore, color spread on the side of a vehicle headlamp can be mitigated greatly and optical efficiency can be improved.
본 발명은 광원으로 면광원인 Micro-LED를 사용하되 광원의 배광 분포를 조정하여 차량의 하이 빔이나 로우 빔 전사를 위한 빔 패턴을 제어하는 차량 헤드램프용 광학회절소자(DOE) 표면을 갖는 고 개구율 광학계에 관한 것으로서, 상기 광원의 앞쪽에 배치되는 렌즈구조체로서, 광원 측 발산광이 입사되고, 입사광에 대해 투과기능과 함께 1차적으로 굴절 처리하는 입사렌즈; 상기 입사렌즈의 앞쪽에 밀착 배치되는 렌즈구조체로서, 입사렌즈에 의해 1차 굴절 및 투과된 광에 대해 2차 굴절 및 투과작용을 통해 평행광 처리 또는 프로젝션 처리하되, 광학회절소자 프레넬(DOE-Fresnel) 구조를 표면에 구비함으로써 색 번짐 방지기능을 동시에 수행하는 색번짐방지렌즈;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
