The present invention comprises: a body part; a storage box that is slidably disposed on the body part and stores items; and an operating force generating unit that operates according to a control signal, is disposed between the storage box and the body part, and withdraws the storage box from the body part or insert the storage box into the body part. Thus, the delivery robot enables users to freely access items stored in a loading box and prevents users from getting hurt when using the delivery robot.
