HANDLER FOR TESTING ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS

The present invention relates to a handler for an electronic component test, which comprises: a loading device for loading electronic components to be tested into a loading position; and an identification device placed at an identification position for identifying the electronic components loaded into the loading position by the loading device. The loading device moves the gripped electronic components to the loading position via the identification position, such that the gripped electronic components can be identified by the identification device. According to the present invention, the movement flow of the electronic components using a buffer table is supported by individually identifying the electronic components using the identification device.
