| Zusammenfassung: | In one aspect, the present disclosure provides a makeup cosmetic composition containing a sorbitan-based surfactant, polyhydroxy fatty acid, phospholipid, and pigment. The makeup cosmetic composition according to the present disclosure can contain a high amount of pigment and has not only excellent covering power but also excellent gloss. In another aspect, the present disclosure provides a method for producing the makeup cosmetic composition, wherein the method includes a step of prewetting the pigment to be milled.
