Zusammenfassung:A filter including a bulk acoustic wave-type (BAW-type) resonator according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a series resonator group in which at least two first BAW-type resonators are connected in series; and a parallel resonator group in which at least two second BAW-type resonators each branched from the series resonator group are connected in parallel. The first BAW-type resonators are disposed within the series resonator group, so that frequencies of each reflection notch generated by at least one of a wing structure and a raised frame formed on an upper electrode of each of the first BAW-type resonators are positioned in a dispersed manner. The present invention is to prevent an insertion loss from occurring in a pass band. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 BAW형 공진기를 포함하는 필터는 적어도 2개 이상의 제1 BAW(Bulk Acoustic Wave)형 공진기들이 직렬 연결되어 있는 직렬 공진기 그룹; 상기 직렬 공진기 그룹에서 각각 분기된 적어도 2개 이상의 제2 BAW형 공진기들이 병렬 연결되어 있는 병렬 공진기 그룹을 포함하고, 상기 제1 BAW형 공진기들 각각의 상부전극에 형성된 레이즈드 프레임(raised frame) 및 윙(wing) 구조 중 적어도 어느 하나에 의해 발생되는 각각의 리플렉션 노치(reflection notch)의 주파수가 서로 분산되어 위치하도록, 상기 제1 BAW형 공진기들을 상기 직렬 공진기 그룹 내에 배치한 것을 특징으로 한다.
