Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a polylactic acid (PLA)-based composite plastic, a composite plastic manufactured therefrom, and a film containing the same. The present invention can stably and evenly disperse nanocellulose to a PLA matrix to form a composite and control the mechanical characteristics of the PLA according to the content of the nanocellulose through Pickering emulsion and a twin-screw extrusion process by utilizing nanocellulose as a reinforcing material and using cellulose or chitin modified through chemical and physical methods in order to improve the inherent brittleness of a PLA material. 본 발명은 폴리락트산(Polylactic acid, PLA) 기반의 복합플라스틱의 제조방법, 그로부터 제조된 복합플라스틱 및 이를 포함하는 필름에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 PLA 소재 고유의 취성을 개선하고자 나노 셀룰로오스 또는 키틴을 보강재로 활용하고, 화학적 및 물리적 방법을 통해 개질된 셀룰로오스 또는 키틴을 이용하여 피커링 에멀젼(Pickering emulsion) 및 이축압출공정을 통해, PLA 매트릭스에 셀룰로오스 또는 키틴을 안정적으로 고르게 분산시켜 복합화하고 상기 보강재의 함량에 따라 PLA의 기계적 특성을 제어할 수 있다.
