Cooling fabric with improved cool feeling and touch and manufacturing method therefof

The present invention relates to a cooling fabric with improved cooling and tactile sensations and a manufacturing method thereof. Specifically, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cooling fabric with improved cooling and tactile sensations, which is capable of manufacturing a cooling fabric which has excellent dyeing properties and contact cooling sensations, has excellent washing resistance including a low washing shrinkage rate, and has a remarkably improved tactile sensation. The method comprises: a step a) of weaving a fabric using rayon and cotton yarn; a step b) of pre-treating the fabric before dying the same; a step c) of dying the fabric and drying the same; a step d) of mixing water with a xylitol aqueous solution, a chitosan aqueous solution, and a menthol emulsion to obtain a cold processing agent; a step e) of mixing a cooling processing agent with a silicone softener to obtain a processing mixture; and a step f) of subjecting the fabric to cold processing with the processing mixture. 본 발명은 냉감과 촉감이 향상된 냉감원단 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 염색특성 및 접촉 냉감이 우수하고, 세탁수축율이 낮는 등 내세탁성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 촉감이 크게 향상된 냉감원단을 제조할 수 있는 냉감과 촉감이 향상된 냉감원단의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, a) 레이온과 면사를 이용하여 원단을 제직하는 단계와; b) 상기 원단을 염색 전처리하는 단계와; c)상기 원단을 염색하고 건조시키는 단계와; d) 물에 자일리톨 수용액, 키토산 수용액 및 멘톨 유화액을 혼합하여 냉감가공제를 얻는 단계와; e) 상기 냉감가공제와 실리콘 유연제를 혼합하여 가공혼합액을 얻는 단계와; f) 상기 가공혼합액을 상기 원단에 냉감가공처리하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
