Zusammenfassung:An AI-based building defect inspection system is disclosed. The artificial intelligence (AI)-based building defect inspection system comprises: a user terminal that generates defect information using a neural network that has been supervised in advance based on building information modeling (BIM) information; a defect management server that receives the defect information from the user terminal and combines the received defect information with the BIM information to generate 3D defect information; and a manager terminal that accesses the defect management server to obtain the 3D defect information and guides the location of a defect within a building based on augmented reality (AR) using the obtained 3D defect information. Accordingly, user convenience and detection accuracy can be guaranteed at the same time. AI 기반의 건물 하자 점검 시스템이 개시된다. 상기 AI(Artificial Intelligence) 기반의 건물 하자 점검 시스템은, BIM(Building Information Modeling) 정보를 기반으로 미리 지도학습(supervised learning)된 인공신경망(neural network)을 이용하여 하자 정보를 생성하는 사용자 단말; 상기 사용자 단말로부터 상기 하자 정보를 수신받고, 수신받은 상기 하자 정보를 상기 BIM 정보와 결합하여 3D 하자 정보를 생성하는 하자 관리 서버; 및 상기 하자 관리 서버에 접근(access)하여 상기 3D 하자 정보를 획득하고, 획득된 상기 3D 하자 정보를 이용하여 AR(Augumented Reality) 기반으로 건물 내 하자 위치를 가이드하는 관리자 단말을 포함한다.
