| Zusammenfassung: | An agglomeration analyzing method of microstructures is provided. The agglomeration analyzing method of microstructures comprises the following steps of: preparing material state data representing a state of a material; obtaining a probability distribution by applying a multiscale filter including two or more filters having different sizes to the material state data; obtaining a quantitative indicator from the probability distribution; and analyzing agglomeration characteristics of the material by using the quantitative indicator.
