Zusammenfassung: | Provided is a vehicle wheel. The vehicle wheel using a fiber-reinforced composite material according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a rim accommodating a tire; a wheel body provided with a through opening for fixing a rotary shaft; and equal to or more than two spokes connecting the wheel body and the rim. The rim, the wheel body, and the spokes are formed from the fiber-reinforced composite material. In addition, foam cores are inserted at interiors of the rim and the spokes. Therefore, while reducing a weight, rigidity required for the vehicle wheel is secured at the same time.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 섬유강화 복합재료를 이용한 차량용 휠은 타이어를 수용하는 림, 회전축을 고정하기 위한 관통 개구가 구비된 휠 바디 및 휠 바디 및 상기 림을 연결하는 둘 이상의 스포크를 포함하며, 림, 휠 바디 및 스포크는 섬유강화복합재료로 형성되고, 림 및 스포크 내부에는 폼코어가 삽입되는 구조를 가짐으로써, 경량화를 이루면서 동시에 차량용 휠에서 요구되는 강성을 확보한 차량용 휠을 제공한다. |
