Embodiments of the present invention relate to a structure of a deposition mask applicable to a deposition process for organic light-emitting devices, etc. The deposition mask includes: a first surface and a second surface that are perpendicular to the thickness direction of a metal plate and face each other; and a plurality of unit holes including first surface holes and second surface holes that penetrate the first surface and the second surface, respectively, and communicate with each other, wherein a size deviation of the first surface holes or the second surface holes between adjacent unit holes is adjusted within 2 to 10% of the size deviation thereof between any given unit holes, or the center of the first surface hole and the center of the second surface hole are aligned to not meet each other relative to the surface of the first face. 본 발명의 실시예들은 유기발광소자 등의 증착공정에 적용가능한 마스크 구조에 대한 것으로, 금속판의 상기 두께방향에 대해 직교하고, 서로 대향하는 제1면 및 제2면을 구비하며, 상기 제1면 및 제2면을 관통하며, 상호간에 연통하는 제1면공 및 제2면공을 가지는 단위홀을 다수 포함하며, 서로 이웃하는 단위홀 들간의 제1면공 또는 제2면공의 크기편차가 임의의 단위홀간 크기 편차를 기준으로 2%~10% 이내로 조절하거나, 상기 제1면공의 중심과 상기 제2면공의 중심이 상기 제1면의 표면을 기준으로 상호 불일치하는 위치에 배치되는 증착마스크를 제공할 수 있도록 한다.
