The disclosed plate structure for the fluid flow may comprise: a support plate; and a plurality of channel plates detachably mounted on the support plate. The plurality of channel plates are mounted on the support plate to cover the support plate. In addition, each channel plate has a fluid channel. In addition, the plurality of channel plates are arranged along a fluid flow path of at least portion of a fluid circulation loop. Thus, the at least portion of the fluid circulation loop is formed.
