Zusammenfassung:The present application relates to a novel microalgae strain with the efficacy of promoting plant growth and a use thereof. When cultured in the presence of fermentation exhaust gas, a novel Chlorella vulgaris CD02-3002 strain according to an aspect grows fast with a high efficiency of photosynthesis and thus can effectively reduce the exhaust gas generated by microbial fermentation. The culture or culture supernatant of the strain, when applied to plants, has the effect of promoting plant growth and thus can be used as a fertilizer for plants. Therefore, the strain can be advantageously used as a new carbon reduction technology which is environmentally friendly and has high industrial usability. 본 출원은 식물 생장 촉진 효능을 가지는 신규한 미세조류 균주 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 일 양상에 따른 신규한 클로렐라 불가리스(Chlorella vulgaris) CD02-3002 균주는 발효배기가스의 존재 하에서 배양 시 성장속도가 빠르고 광합성 효율이 높아 미생물 발효에 의한 배기가스를 효율적으로 저감시킬 수 있고, 상기 균주의 배양물 또는 배양 상등액 등을 식물에 처리하면 식물의 생장을 촉진하는 효능이 있어 식물용 비료로 사용될 수 있는 바, 친환경적이고 산업적 활용도가 높은 새로운 탄소 저감 기술로 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
