The present invention relates to the non-aqueous electrolyte solution and a lithium secondary battery including the same which comprise: an organic solvent; lithium salt; and a compound represented by chemical formula I described in the present specification. 본 발명은 전극으로부터 용출되는 금속 이온에 의한 전지 내부의 부반응을 억제할 수 있어, 전지의 고온 안정성과 수명 특성을 향상시킬 수 있는 비수 전해액에 관한 발명으로, 유기 용매; 리튬염; 및 본 명세서에 기재된 화학식 I로 표시되는 화합물;을 포함하는 비수 전해액 및 이를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지에 관한 것이다.
