Zusammenfassung:According to the present invention, the present invention relates to a wheel structure of an automatic scanner vehicle body for non-destructive inspection having a permanent magnet wheel and a tube wheel. An automatic scanner for non-destructive inspection comprises: a vehicle body where an ultrasonic probe can be installed; and a plurality of wheels installed on the side of the vehicle body and provided with permanent magnets. The wheel comprises: a rigid wheel which is rotatably installed in the vehicle body, comes into a rolling-contact with the surface of a subject, and includes the permanent magnet; and a tube wheel which is attached to the side of the rigid wheel to be integrally rotated with the rigid wheel and may have an outer diameter larger than the outer diameter of the rigid wheel by supply or discharge of air. The rigid wheel is configured in a structure where a permanent magnet wheel is sandwiched and fixed between a pair of aluminum wheels. 본 발명에 따른 영구자석 휠과 튜브 휠을 포함한 비파괴 검사용 자동 스캐너 차체의 바퀴 구조는, 초음파 탐상체가 설치될 수 있는 차체; 및 상기 차체의 측면에 복수의 바퀴가 설치되며 상기 바퀴에 영구자석이 구비된 비파괴 검사용 자동 스캐너에 있어서, 상기 바퀴는, 상기 차체에 회전 가능하게 설치되며 피검사체 표면과 구름 접촉되며 영구자석이 포함된 강체 휠; 및 상기 강체 휠과 일체로 회전하도록 상기 강체 휠의 측면에 부착되며 공기의 공급 또는 배출에 의해 상기 강체 휠의 외경보다 큰 외경을 가질 수 있는 튜브 휠을 포함하며, 상기 강체 휠은 한 쌍의 알루미늄 휠의 사이에 영구자석 휠이 샌드위치 형태로 고정된 구조로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
