Task management method

The present invention relates to a task management method, which comprises the steps of: retrieving card information including channel name information, a task title, task details, a task performing member, and a deadline schedule from a database; generating a card object based on the card information; and displaying at least one channel name on a graphical user interface, distinguishing channel fields by channel name, and displaying at least one card object in the corresponding channel field. The method further comprises a step of updating channel name information when the card object is dragged and moved to another channel field by a user on the graphical user interface. The task management method and a task management system according to the present invention can quickly and accurately determine a task state from the perspective of a manager, and can smoothly share tasks between different team members.
