Method of electrophoresis using a silica plate and the silica plate

The present invention relates to an electrophoresis method comprising a silica plate as a matrix and a silica plate utilized in the electrophoresis method. In the matrix used for conventional electrophoresis, the present invention is to provide the electrophoresis method using a novel matrix and the silica plate used therein capable of solving disadvantages of a solid matrix in which it is difficult to arbitrarily change the size of pores, and disadvantages of gel matrix, which is inconvenient to manufacture and handle and has non-uniform pore size. The present invention is the electrophoresis method, comprising the steps of: mounting the silica plate on an electrophoresis kit; adding a buffer to a buffer tank and soaking the silica plate with the buffer; loading a sample onto the silica plate; and operating the electrophoresis kit. 본 발명은 실리카 판을 매트릭스로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기영동 방법 및 상기 전기영동 방법에 활용되는 실리카 판에 관한 것이다.
