Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a glass product, in which the glass product has a molar ratio of Fe^2+ to Fe^3+ of less than 0.2, and a glass product having a low CO_2 solubility and/or a reduced total carbon content, wherein the CO_2 solubility is less than 5·10^19 molecular CO_2 bar^-1cm^-3 at 1100℃, and the glass product has a ratio of Fe^2+ to Fe^3+ of less than 0.2.
