ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE DEVICE AND DISPLAY DRIVE CHIP INCLUDING THE SAME

An ESD device according to some embodiments is provided. The ESD device may include: a semiconductor substrate including a first impurity region having a first conductivity type and a second impurity region having a second conductivity type opposite to the first conductivity type; an element isolation structure between the first impurity region and the second impurity region; a first base well surrounding lower portions of the first impurity region, the second impurity region, and the element isolation structure in the substrate; and a first well having the first conductivity type, and spaced apart from the element isolation structure in a first direction with a portion of the first base well interposed therebetween in the first base well.
