According to one embodiment, the method for predicting a contact angle comprises: a step of obtaining medicinal solution adsorption energy of a surface of a solid to be predicted; and a step of predicting a contact angle of the medicinal solution and the surface of the solid to be predicted from a formula which applies the medicinal adsorption energy to molecular dynamics analysis. 본 발명은 접촉각 예측 방법을 제공한다. 일 실시 예에 있어서, 접촉각 예측 방법은, 예측 대상 고체 표면의 약액 흡착 에너지를 획득하는 단계; 및 상기 약액 흡착 에너지를 분자동역학(Molecular Dynamics) 해석에 적용한 수식으로부터 상기 예측 대상 고체의 표면과 상기 약액의 접촉각을 예측하는 단계를 포함한다.
