Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a positive electrode active material for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery. When comparing particle size distribution (PSD) graphs of the volume before and after compression performed under the following compression conditions, the conditions of Equation 1 below are satisfied at point A on the X-axis on a graph corresponding to the diameter of the particles with the maximum occupied volume before compression. Equation 1 is (the volume (%) of particles at point A after compression / the volume (%)) of particles at point A before compression x 100 = Z85 % =< Z. As for the compression condition, the positive electrode active material is compressed at a pressure of 4.5 tons per unit area (cm^2).
