THIN FILM TRANSISTOR SUBSTRATE AND DISPLAY APPARATUS COMPRISING THE SAME

In accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, provided are a thin film transistor substrate and a display device including the same. The thin film transistor substrate includes a thin film transistor on a base substrate and a capacitor connected to the thin film transistor, the thin film transistor includes an active layer and a gate electrode on the base substrate, the capacitor includes a first capacitor electrode disposed on the same layer as the active layer and a second capacitor electrode disposed on the same layer as the gate electrode and overlapped with the first capacitor electrode, the first capacitor electrode includes an active material layer made of the same material as the active layer and a metal-containing layer disposed on the active material layer and containing metal, and the metal-containing layer includes a different type of metal from the active material layer.
