According to an embodiment of the present invention, a video consultation system for supporting a contactless insurance contract, comprises: a communication module; a memory having a video consultation program stored therein; a processor for executing the video consultation program; and a database having insurance contract information stored therein. A program provides a video interface for a user terminal in response to a request of at least one user with an access right, and relays an image of the user and an image of an insurance agent matching the user through the video interface in rear time. The video interface includes: a first interface for selecting a plurality of information sharing tools for supporting an insurance consultation; a second interface for outputting the image of the user in an area adjacent to the first interface; a third interface for outputting the image of the insurance agent; and a fourth interface for displaying insurance product information when one of the information sharing tools is input on the first interface.
