Provided is an advanced sewage treatment apparatus comprising a floating filtration tank capable of monitoring, which comprises: a camera part (150) mounted on top of the floating filtration device; a situation analysis server (300) which determines whether the apparatus normally operates by analyzing images transmitted from the camera part (150); and microbubble supply parts (160, 161) which are mounted at the bottom of the floating filtration device and supply microbubbles into the floating filtration device.
