Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for detecting a protein in a cell nucleus, which comprises: a step of processing a probe containing a conjugate of an antibody with respect to a protein and a plasmon metal nanoparticle to a cell containing proteins to be detected in a cell nucleus; a step of obtaining a spectrum according to a wavelength and a scattering image of the probe with respect to the cell; and a step of obtaining distribution information of the proteins by analyzing the spectrum. 본 발명은 세포핵 내부에 검출 대상 단백질들을 포함하는 세포에 상기 단백질에 대한 항체와 플라즈몬 금속 나노입자의 결합체를 포함하는 프로브를 처리하는 단계; 상기 세포에 대한 프로브의 산란 이미지와 파장에 따른 스펙트럼을 얻는 단계; 및 상기 스펙트럼을 분석하여 상기 단백질들의 분포 정보를 획득하는 단계;를 포함하는, 세포핵 내 단백질 검출 방법에 관한 것이다.
