Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an automobile air filter and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing an automobile air filter, which forms an element formed to fit the mounting position of an automobile air filter with urethane and forms the automobile air filter by bending a synthetic resin nonwoven fabric, thereby forming the element at low cost and not requiring a separate sealing member. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the element is formed by manually assembling separate molds, thereby providing an effect of not requiring an insert injection process. Since the element made of urethane has elasticity, the element can perform sealing with sufficient elasticity even when mounted on a car, thereby providing an effect of not requiring insertion of a sealing member. In addition, the element made of urethane is not easily damaged, thereby providing an effect of having excellent impact resistance. The method comprises a filter forming process, a first mold preparation process, a filter insertion process, a second mold joining process, a third mold joining process, a fourth mold joining process, a mold pressing process, a urethane injection process, a cleaning process department, and a packaging process.
본 발명은 자동차용 에어필터 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 자동차용 필터의 장착 위치에 맞도록 형성하는 엘리먼트를 우레탄으로 형성하고, 필터는 합성수지재 부직포를 절곡하여 형성함으로써, 저렴한 비용으로 엘리먼트를 형성하고, 별도의 실링부재가 필요없는 자동차용 에어필터 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예로 형성된 자동차용 에어필터 제조방법에 의하면 별도의 금형들을 수동으로 조립하여 엘리먼트를 형성하기 때문에 인서트 사출공정이 없고, 우레탄으로 형성된 엘리먼트는 자체로 탄성이 있기 때문에 자동차에 장착될 경우에도 충분한 탄성으로 자체적으로 실링이 가능하여 실링부재를 삽일할 필요가 없으며, 우레탄으로 형성된 엘리먼트는 쉽게 파손되지 않기 때문에 매우 우수한 내충격력을 가지는 등의 효과가 발생한다. |
