Deco sheet protective film with improved durability and manufacturing method therefor

The present invention relates to a deco sheet protective film bonded to the top of a deco sheet to protect the surface thereof. The deco sheet protective film comprises: a film (1) made of transparent synthetic resin; an adhesive layer (2) bonded to the bottom of the film (1); a polyurethane (PU) coating layer (3) bonded to the surface of the film (1); and PU two-component coating layers (4) and (5) sequentially bonded on top of the PU coating layer (3). The PU coating layer (3) is obtained by dissolving and mixing PU solids in a solvent, applying the mixture, and then drying the same. The PU two-component coating layers (4) (5) are made of a two-component type of PU and a curing agent. The PU two-component coating layer (5) applied later is applied after passing the previously applied PU two-component coating layer (4) through a drying tank (8) containing no liquid inside. After the application, the same was dried in a dryer (D). The adhesive layer (2) is applied after the remaining parts, excluding this, are aged in a closed space. 본 발명은 데코시트의 표면 보호를 위해 그 상부에 접합되는 데코시트 보호필름에 관한 것으로, 투명한 합성수지재의 필름(1)과, 상기 필름(1)의 저면에 접합된 점착제층(2)과, 상기 필름(1)의 표면에 접합된 PU(Polyurethane) 코팅층(3)과, 상기 PU(Polyurethane) 코팅층(3)의 상부에 순차적으로 접합된 PU(Polyurethane) 2액형 코팅층(4)(5)들로 구성되는데, 상기 PU(Polyurethane) 코팅층(3)은, PU(Polyurethane) 고형분을 용제에 녹여 섞어 도포한 후 이를 건조한 것이고, 상기 PU(Polyurethane) 2액형 코팅층(4)(5)들은 PU(Polyurethane)와 경화제의 이액형에 의한 것으로, 나중에 도포된 PU(Polyurethane) 2액형 코팅층(5)은 먼저 도포된 PU(Polyurethane) 2액형 코팅층(4) 도포 후 내부에 액을 포함하지않은 건조조(8)를 통과한 다음 도포된 것이고, 상기 도포 후 건조기(D)에서 건조되어진 것이며, 상기 점착제층(2)은 이를 제외한 나머지 부분들이 밀폐 공간에서 숙성된 후 도포된 것임을 특징으로 한다.
