SUBSTRATE TREATING APPARATUS AND SUBSTRATE TREATING METHOD USING THE SAME

The present invention provides a substrate processing apparatus and method that ensure stability by delaying a signal of a sensor unit and a gas valve blocking signal. The substrate processing apparatus comprises: a chamber including a processing space therein; a gas supply unit supplying a gas to the processing space; a pressure measurement unit measuring a pressure inside the processing space; and a control unit controlling the gas supply unit, wherein the control unit turns on the gas supply unit to supply the gas into the processing space, and turns off the gas supply unit after a preset time when the pressure inside the processing space reaches a preset pressure. 본 발명은 센서 유닛의 신호와 가스 밸브 차단 신호에 딜레이(delay)를 주어 안정성이 확보된 기판 처리 장치 및 방법을 제공한다. 상기 기판 처리 장치는 내부에 처리 공간을 포함하는 챔버; 상기 처리 공간으로 가스를 공급하는 가스 공급 유닛; 상기 처리 공간 내의 압력을 측정하는 압력 측정 유닛; 및 상기 가스 공급 유닛을 제어하는 제어 유닛을 포함하되, 상기 제어 유닛은 상기 가스 공급 유닛을 턴 온(turn on) 하여 상기 가스를 상기 처리 공간 내로 공급하고, 상기 처리 공간 내의 압력이 기설정된 압력에 도달하면, 기설정된 시간이 지난 후 가스 공급 유닛을 턴 오프(turn off) 한다.
