Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing process abnormalities using virtual machining. An objective of the present invention is to create a machining prediction model using simulation data and monitoring data, and to determine whether the machining is abnormal under new machining conditions. The method, comprises: (a) an input step of inputting process information including target shape, processing conditions, tool conditions, and workpiece material information into an input module (100), wherein the processing conditions include tool rotation speed and tool feed speed; (b) a step in which a simulation module (200) receives the process information from the input module (100) and virtually performs machining to generate simulation data; and (c) a step in which a processing module (300) receives the process information from the input module (100) and actually performs machining to generate monitoring data.
