Storage package storage device and method for operation the storage device

Provided are a storage package capable of providing increased operation performance, a storage device, and an operation method thereof. According to the present invention, the storage packaging comprises a fan, a display device, and a non-volatile memory. The storage device comprises the storage device outputting a control signal on the basis of the temperature of the storage device or whether a memory operation is performed on the non-volatile memory. The storage device includes a control circuit controlling an operation of at least one of the fan and the display device on the basis of the control signal. In response to the temperature of the storage device being included in any one of first to third preset temperature sections, the control circuit controls the display device to output light having different colors in each of the first to third temperature sections.
