Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a personal mobile device (for example, electric kick scooter), and more specifically, to an apparatus and method for automatically and accurately measuring the ability to operate a turn signal of a personal mobile device during a driving test for issuing a license. According to the present invention, an apparatus for measuring the ability to operate a turn signal of a personal mobile device includes: a personal mobile device equipped with a turn signal and an operating means for operating the turn signal; a mounting means worn by a driver; and a determination terminal. 본 발명은 개인형 이동장치(예, 전동 퀵보드)에 관한 것으로 좀 더 구체적으로 설명하면 면허 발급을 위한 주행 테스트 진행시 개인형 이동장치의 방향지시등 조작 능력을 자동으로 정확하게 측정하기 위한 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
