The composition can be usefully used for preventing, improving, or treating muscle diseases by promoting muscle differentiation and inhibiting muscle atrophy factors and muscle differentiation inhibitors. 본 발명은 독활 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 근육 질환의 예방, 개선 또는 치료용 조성물; 근육강화용 조성물; 근육분화 촉진용 조성물; 및 운동능력 증진용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 상기 조성물은 근육분화를 촉진하고, 근위축 인자 및 근육분화 억제인자를 억제함으로써, 근육 질환을 예방, 개선 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
