Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a secondary concrete structure, which is commonly referred to as a revetment block and constructed on riversides or coasts. Concrete structures, which are generally formed in the form of a single block, were simply built and constructed with the main purpose of preventing the loss of white sand or soil or the collapse of slopes. Recently, in accordance with eco-friendly trends, permeable block structures exhibiting water permeability have been developed and are currently being actively constructed. However, existing concrete blocks only exhibiting water permeability could only perform a simple filtration function, and had difficulty in inserting vegetation due to cement characteristics, thereby making it difficult for vegetation to perform a water purification function. Therefore, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an eco-friendly functional concrete block structure, which allows permeable blocks to be formed and manufactured as a concrete structure, allows eco-friendly ceramic materials to be mixed, thereby strengthening a water purification function, and can minimize the chemical impact of concrete to promote vegetation on the surface and pores of the structure, thereby further increasing the water purification function by waterside plants. The revetment block manufactured using this method includes clay sericite, which is a functional ceramic material, in raw materials, to exhibit the excellent adsorption and deodorizing functions of the sericite to add the adsorption and deodorizing functions in addition to the simple filtration function of existing products, thereby further strengthening the water purification function, and enables waterside plants to be inserted into the clay sericite, which has excellent compatibility with plants, within a shorter period of time, thereby further increasing the water purification function by the waterside plants. 본 발명은 호안블록이라 통칭되며 강변이나 해안가 등에 구축되는 2차 콘크리트 구조물에 관한 고안으로서 일반적으로 단일 블록의 형태로 만들어지는 콘크리트 구조물은 백사장이나 토양의 유출 또는 경사면의 무너짐 방지를 주목적으로 단순 축조, 시공되어왔으며, 최근에는 친환경적인 경향에 따라 투수 능력을 발휘하는 투수성 블록 구조물이 개발되어 최근 활발하게 시공되고 있으나, 투수성만을 발휘하는 기존의 콘크리트 블록은 단순 여과기능밖에 발휘하지 못하고 시멘트의 특성상 식생식물의 착생이 어려워 식생식물에 의한 수질정화기능의 발현이 어려운 문제가 있어왔다. 따라서 본 고안은 콘크리트구조물로 투수성 블록을 성형 제조하되 친환경적인 세라믹소재를 혼합하여 수질정화 기능을 강화시키고, 동시에 콘크리트의 화학적 영향을 최소화시켜 구조물의 표면과 기공에 식생을 촉진시킴으로서 수변식물에 의한 수질정화기능을 더욱 증대시키는 친환경적 기능성 콘크리트 블록 구조물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 공법으로 제조된 호안블록은 원재료에 기능성 세라믹 소재인 점토성 견운모를 함유하고 있어 견운모의 우수한 흡착, 탈취 기
