Zusammenfassung:	One embodiment of the present invention provides a rice cake-making apparatus that can prevent rice cakes from sticking to a rice cake discharge unit where the prepared rice cakes are fallen and transported. The rice cake-making apparatus of the present invention comprises: a topping paste supply unit kneading and supplying topping paste; a rice cake skin dough supply unit supplying rice cake skin dough; a rice cake molding unit using the topping paste supplied by the topping paste supply unit and the rice cake skin dough supplied by the rice cake skin dough supply unit to mold and discharge rice cake; a rice cake discharge unit disposed in a lower part of the rice cake molding unit to receive and transfer the rice cakes discharged by the rice cake molding unit; and an oil spraying unit installed on one side of the rice cake discharge unit to spray oil onto the rice cake discharge unit. 본 발명의 일 실시예는 제조된 떡이 낙하되어 이송되는 떡배출부에 부착되는 것을 방지하기 위하여, 고물을 반죽하여 고물반죽을 공급하는 고물반죽공급부; 떡피반죽을 공급하는 떡피반죽공급부; 상기 고물반죽공급부에서 공급되는 고물반죽과 상기 떡피반죽공급부에서 공급되는 떡피반죽을 이용하여 떡을 성형하여 배출하는 떡성형부; 상기 떡성형부의 하부에 배치되어 상기 떡성형부에서 배출되는 떡을 받아 이송하는 떡배출부; 및 상기 떡배출부의 일측에 설치되어 상기 떡배출부에 기름을 분사하는 기름분사부;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 떡 제조 장치를 제공한다.
