| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a hybrid yarn (60) which is used as a base fabric for manufacturing protective clothes (50). According to the present invention, the hybrid yarn (60) for manufacturing protective clothes is manufactured by using basalt fiber as a core yarn (70) and being double covered with aramid fibers or oxidized polyacrylonitrile fibers as a first covering yarn (80) and a second covering yarn (85), thereby having excellent shape stability and durability at high temperature and when subjected to flames and having excellent barrier properties against molten metal.
본 발명은 심사(70)로서 현무암 섬유를 사용하고, 제 1 피복사(80)와 제 2 피복사(85)로서 아라미드 섬유 또는 산화 폴리아크릴로니트릴 섬유를 이용하여 더블 커버링하여 제조되는 안전보호복 제조용 복합사(60)와 이를 이용하여 제직된 안전보호복 제조용 베이스 원단(50) 및 안전보호복에 관한 것으로서, 고열이나 화염에서 형태 안정성 및 내구성이 우수하며, 금속용융물의 차단성이 우수한안전보호복 제조용 복합사(60)와 이로부터 제조되는 안전보호복 제조용 베이스 원단(50) 및 안전보호복에 관한 것이다. |
