The organic light emitting device comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode which faces the first electrode; and an organic layer which includes a light emitting layer and a triplet exciton quenching layer, interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The organic light emitting device including a triplet exciton quenching layer may have a long lifespan.
