Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a limited combustible sterilization film based on a mesh type non-woven fabric raw material, which comprises: a step A of disposing a mesh sheet layer by using a waterproof and dyeing processing substance with the subject of polyurethane resin and paint on a mesh type non-woven fabric raw material; a step B of performing a water repellant coating by using a water repellant coating composition on the upper surface of the mesh sheet layer disposed by means of the step A; a step C of performing surface processing by using the primer composition at the lower surface of the mesh sheet layer on the upper surface by means of the step B; a step D of attaching a copper plate to the lower surface of the mesh sheet layer which has undergone surface processing by using the primer composition by means of the step C; a step E of performing surface processing by using the primer composition at the lower surface of the copper plate which is attached to the lower surface of the mesh sheet layer by means of the step D; and a step F of attaching a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film layer at the lower surface of the copper plate which has undergone surface processing by using the primer composition by means of the step E. Therefore, various and high-quality designs and textures may be provided. 본 발명은 메쉬형 부직포 원단재료 기반의 준불연 살균 필름 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 메쉬(Mesh)형 부직포(Non-woven fabric) 원단재료에 폴리우레탄 수지 및 안료를 주제로 하는 방수 및 염색 처리물을 이용해 메쉬 시트층을 마련하는 A단계; 상기 A단계를 통해 마련된 상기 메쉬 시트층의 상면에 발수 코팅 조성물을 이용해 발수 코팅을 수행하는 B단계; 상기 B단계를 통해 상면 상에 상기 메쉬 시트층의 하면에 프라이머 조성물을 이용한 표면처리를 수행하는 C단계; 상기 C단계를 통해 프라이머 조성물을 이용한 표면처리가 이루어진 상기 메쉬 시트층의 하면에 동(銅)판을 점착시키는 D단계; 상기 D 단계를 통해 상기 메쉬 시트층의 하면에 점착된 상기 동판 하면에 프라이머 조성물을 이용한 표면처리를 수행하는 E단계; 및 상기 E단계를 통해 프라이머 조성물을 이용한 표면 처리가 이루어진 상기 동판 하면에 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET, Polyethylene Terephtalate) 필름층을 점착시키는 F단계;를 포함한다.
