A monitoring device according to the present invention may include a standard information provision unit, a result provision unit, and a capture unit. The standard information provision unit may provide registration keywords corresponding to a pre-registered registration program. The result provision unit may provide a comparison result by comparing the registered keywords and titles of programs among programs running on a terminal. The capture unit may capture the screen of a display unit of the terminal based on the comparison result and provide a captured image. The monitoring device according to the present invention can increase the work productivity of a user by providing information on program usage history based on the comparison result of comparing the registered keywords and the titles of the programs running on the terminal.
