EXHAUST GAS TREATMENT SYSTEM OF ROTARY KILN

The present invention provides an exhaust gas treatment device for a rotary kiln. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the exhaust gas treatment device for a rotary kiln includes: a venturi scrubber receiving exhaust gas discharged from a rotary kiln and removing at least a portion of the nitrogen oxide (NO_x) included in the exhaust gas; and a wet electrostatic dust precipitator (ESP) receiving the exhaust gas discharged from the venturi scrubber and removing at least a portion of hydrogen cyanide (HCN) included in the exhaust gas. The exhaust gas treatment device for a rotary kiln supplies process water to the wet ESP and supplies at least a part of the circulating water discharged from the wet ESP to the venturi scrubber. The exhaust gas treatment device for a rotary kiln can remove the nitrogen oxide (NO_x) from the venturi scrubber. Therefore, a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) device is unnecessary, and investment costs for facilities are reduced. Also, operation costs for the SCR device are not consumed. Accordingly, the exhaust gas treatment device for a rotary kiln is economical. Furthermore, the exhaust gas treatment device for a rotary kiln supplies at least a part of the circulating water discharged from the wet ESP to the venturi scrubber.
