Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides an exhaust gas treatment device for a rotary kiln. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the exhaust gas treatment device for a rotary kiln includes: a venturi scrubber receiving exhaust gas discharged from a rotary kiln and removing at least a portion of the nitrogen oxide (NO_x) included in the exhaust gas; and a wet electrostatic dust precipitator (ESP) receiving the exhaust gas discharged from the venturi scrubber and removing at least a portion of hydrogen cyanide (HCN) included in the exhaust gas. The exhaust gas treatment device for a rotary kiln supplies process water to the wet ESP and supplies at least a part of the circulating water discharged from the wet ESP to the venturi scrubber. The exhaust gas treatment device for a rotary kiln can remove the nitrogen oxide (NO_x) from the venturi scrubber. Therefore, a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) device is unnecessary, and investment costs for facilities are reduced. Also, operation costs for the SCR device are not consumed. Accordingly, the exhaust gas treatment device for a rotary kiln is economical. Furthermore, the exhaust gas treatment device for a rotary kiln supplies at least a part of the circulating water discharged from the wet ESP to the venturi scrubber. Accordingly, the exhaust gas treatment device for a rotary kiln requires low costs in comparison with an existing method and can reduce energy. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 로터리 킬른에서 배출되는 배기가스가 공급되고, 상기 배기가스에 포함된 적어도 일부의 질소산화물(NOx)을 제거하는 벤츄리 스크러버(Venturi Scrubber); 및 상기 벤츄리 스크러버로부터 배출된 배기가스가 공급되고, 상기 배기가스에 포함된 적어도 일부의 시안화수소(HCN)를 제거하는 습식전기집진기(Wet ESP)를 포함하고, 상기 습식전기집진기에 공정수를 공급하고, 상기 습식전기집진기로부터 배출된 순환수의 적어도 일부를 상기 벤츄리 스크러버에 공급하는, 로터리 킬른 배기가스 처리장치가 제공된다. 본 발명은 질소산화물(NOx)을 벤츄리 스크러버에서 제거할 수 있으므로 선택적 촉매환원(SCR) 장치가 필요 없어 설비투자비가 절감되고 선택적 촉매환원 장치의 운전비가 소모되지 않아 경제적인 로터리 킬른 배기가스 처리장치가 제공된다. 또한 본 발명은 습식전기집진기로부터 배출된 순환수의 적어도 일부를 벤츄리 스크러버에 공급함으로써 종래 방법에 비해 비용이 저렴하고, 에너지를 절감할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
