Zusammenfassung: | Provided are a gate driver circuit used in a display device and a driving method thereof. Charge sharing is adaptively achieved according to a phase of a clock signal outputted by the output ends of buffers in the gate driver circuit, so that power consumed when a gate line is driven can be reduced. The gate driver circuit includes: a control circuit outputting gate clock signals and connection control signals; a plurality of buffers amplifying and outputting the gate clock signals; and a plurality of charge sharing switches which control the connection between an output end of each buffer and a charge sharing line and are respectively controlled by the connection control signals.
일 실시예는 표시장치에 이용되는 게이트 드라이버 회로 및 이를 구동하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 게이트 드라이버 회로 내에 버퍼의 출력단부들이 출력하는 클럭 신호의 위상에 따라 적응적으로 전하공유되도록 하여 게이트 라인 구동 시 소비되는 전력을 감소시킬 수 있다. |
