TOUCH TESTING APPARATUS OF TOUCH DETECTION MODULE AND METHOD FOR TESTING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a touch inspection device and an inspection method that can improve the inspection performance and accuracy of a touch sensing module. The touch sensing device, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a pogo pad part comprising input and output test pogo pads respectively connected to at least one input and output test pad disposed on a pad part of the touch sensing module; an inspection touch driving circuit detecting a compression deviation between the at least one input and output test pad and the input and output test pogo pads and correcting touch data of the touch sensing module according to the detected compression deviation; and an inspection board on which the inspection touch driving circuit is mounted and electrically connecting the inspection touch driving circuit and the input and output inspection pogo pads. 본 발명은 터치 감지 모듈의 검사 성능 및 정확도 높일 수 있는 터치 검사 장치 및 이의 검사 방법에 관한 것이다. 일 실시예에 따른 터치 감지 장치는 터치 감지 모듈의 패드부에 배치된 적어도 하나의 입력 및 출력 검사 패드와 각각 접속되는 입력 및 출력 검사 포고 패드들이 포함된 포고 패드부, 상기 적어도 하나의 입력 및 출력 검사 패드와 상기 입력 및 출력 검사 포고 패드들 간의 압착 편차를 검출하며, 상기 검출된 압착 편차에 따라 상기 터치 감지 모듈의 터치 데이터를 보정하는 검사용 터치 구동 회로, 및 상기 검사용 터치 구동 회로가 실장되며 상기 검사용 터치 구동 회로와 상기 입력 및 출력 검사 포고 패드들을 전기적으로 연결시키는 검사 기판을 포함한다.
