Zusammenfassung:The present invention is a video-based remote electronic contract signing service system which is connected to at least one customer terminal and an employee terminal via a network, comprising: a database unit which stores information on customers, employees, documents and lending; and a server which connects the employee terminal to a video channel according to selection of the customer terminal and provides an application form, a document and a contract according to selection of the employee terminal. In one embodiment of the present invention, a digital face-to-face service can be provided, wherein the system uses a digital terminal owned by a customer to interact with bank employees through a video and a form used in a bank branch to sign an electronic contract in a remote way. 본 발명은 적어도 하나의 고객 단말기 및 직원 단말기와 네트워크망을 통해 연결된 화상기반 원격 전자계약 체결 서비스 시스템으로서, 고객 정보, 직원 정보, 서류정보, 대출정보를 저장하는 데이터베이스부; 상기 고객 단말기의 선택에 따라 직원 단말기를 화상채널로 연결하고, 상기 직원 단말기 선택에 따라 신청서와 서류 및 계약서를 제공하는 서버를 포함하다. 이러한 본 발명의 실시예에서는, 고객이 보유한 디지털 단말기를 이용해 화상을 통해 은행 직원과 상호 작용 하면서 영업점 사용 서식을 이용해 원격으로 전자 계약을 체결하도록 하는 디지털 대면 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.
