The present invention relates to a mounting device for a personal transportation means, and more particularly to the mounting device for a personal transportation means, comprising: a first mounting part for supporting a rotating column of a personal transportation means; a second mounting part located below the first mounting part and supporting wheels of the personal transportation means; a mounting frame connecting the first mounting part and the second mounting part; and a wheel restraint part fixed to at least one of the mounting frame and the second mounting part and restricting movement of wheels of the personal transportation means seated on the second mounting part.
