Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for preparing polyamideimide varnish and a film obtained thereby. The method comprises: a step of making an aromatic diamine monomer react with an aromatic dianhydride monomer to prepare a polyamic acid precursor polymer having an amine group at a terminal thereof or a step of making an aliphatic diamine monomer react with an aromatic dianhydride monomer to prepare an oligomer having an anhydride group at a terminal thereof, and then making the prepared oligomer react with an aromatic diamine monomer to prepare a polyamic acid precursor polymer having an amine group at a terminal thereof; a step of making, after preparing the precursor polymer, the precursor polymer react with an aromatic dicarbonyl chloride monomer or an aliphatic dicarbonyl monomer to prepare a polymerization solution; and a step of converting acid by-products present in the polymerization solution into a highly-volatile compound by adding alkylene oxide to the polymerization solution. According to the present invention, polyamideimide varnish can be prepared without acid by-product removal processes such as precipitation, filtration, drying, or re-dissolution of a polymer solution. 본 발명은 방향족 디아민 모노머와 방향족 디안하이드라이드 모노머를 반응시켜 말단에 아민기를 가지는 폴리아믹산 전구체 폴리머를 생성하는 단계, 또는 지방족고리 디아민 모노머와 방향족 디안하이드라이드 모노머를 반응시켜 말단에 안하이드라이드기를 가지는 올리고머를 제조한 후 방향족 디아민 모노머와 반응시켜 말단에 아민기를 가지는 폴리아믹산 전구체 폴리머를 생성하는 단계; 상기 전구체 폴리머의 생성 후에, 방향족 디카르보닐 클로라이드 모노머 또는 지방족고리 디카르보닐 모노머를 반응시켜 중합액을 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 중합액에 알킬렌 옥사이드를 첨가하여 중합액에 존재하는 산 부산물들을 고휘발성 화합물로 전환시키는 단계를 포함하는 것인, 폴리아마이드이미드 바니쉬 제조방법 및 이로부터 얻어진 필름에 관한 것이다.
